Their sandwiches are fantastic and the BBQ is smoked perfectly. Today I had a Cuban sandwich here for the first time. I've had plenty of Cuban sandwiches in the past. This was the best I've had by far. Fried chicken is perfection. Hidden gem for sure.

I picked up barbeque from Fryer's Roadside from Christmas and it was great base for Christmas dinner. The ribs were good; however, the brisket was outstanding. Texture and taste of the brisket was perfect. I am becoming a regular at Fryer's Roadside.
