I’ve always appreciated Dunkin’ for being affordable and convenient, but charging over a dollar for water feels unreasonable, especially when I was already making a purchase. I hope management reconsiders this policy, as it comes off as nickel-and-diming loyal customers over something so basic.

Was lied to. So. I like the coffee. But only rarely can I get it without a lot of sugar. So back to 7-Eleven it is.

A group of ladies came in and they were immediately greeted and orders taken. They all got their orders filled immediately. Meanwhile i was waiting patiently for mine that was made before them. They even got additional orders and left, while i was patiently waiting. The dunkin employees went about their business like there was no customer waiting. They continued taking drive through orders and completely ignoring me. I finally asked about my order and only then did someone come out to give my two donuts -already made. Very disappointed. I guess i was the same color as the people that they wanted to give immediate service to. I could have just gone down to safeway or even 7-11 to get my donuts. Never again with Dunkin!
