Must been a customer at 8515 Fenton Street since day one , I am a great customer I never complain when my order is wrong we all are humans so mistakes are okay , how ever I had the worst experience today by the manager on the shift Roberto , I had did door dash delivery I ordered super greens , brown rice , chicken , corn , red pepper humus , tomatoes & cucumbers and white sweet potatoes and garlic sauce, however my protein was lamb , no garlic not no pita bread , I spent 30.02 just for this bowl I came in showed the manager my receipt, brought back the bowl show him the food he reply’s saying he can not do anything to help me when I only requested the chicken and garlic sauce, not a refund just for my order to be correct , he blame it on door dasher when it was clear everything was right beside the protein and garlic sauce, he was very unprofessional, really didn’t care nor show consideration or empathy, Roberto treated as if I was some one disgusting and dishonest, you may check the cameras around 7:34 pm me showing him my order and my food , I will no longer come to that location! While he is a manager due to his lack of customer service, Discrimination shows very clear when it comes to Afro Latino customers/ black customers I will not let this case go at all .
I had a really good experience at the CAVA today. Yenni, the manager, was very professional and attentive. You can tell she leads the team well and cares about the customers having a great experience.
Karina at the cashier was also very friendly and welcoming. She greeted me with a smile, made the checkout process smooth, and had a great attitude the whole time. Customer service like that makes a big difference.
Overall, the food was great and the service from Yenni and Karina made the visit even better. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I recently visited CAVA, and I wanted to recognize two employees who truly made the experience exceptional. The General Manager, Yenni, was absolutely outstanding. She runs the restaurant with professionalism, organization, and genuine care for both customers and her team. It’s clear that she takes great pride in her work and ensures everything operates smoothly. Her leadership creates a welcoming and positive atmosphere that really stands out.
I also want to highlight Karina, the cashier, who provided some of the best customer service I’ve experienced. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and efficient while handling customers. Karina made the interaction feel personal and welcoming, and she clearly cares about making sure every guest has a great experience.
Employees like Yenni and Karina truly represent the best of what great service looks like. Their professionalism, positive attitudes, and dedication to customers made my visit memorable. CAVA is lucky to have such outstanding team members.

The manager had no class and did not know how to handle the situation professionally. The person who took my order was a new employee. He was very nice, but he didn’t know how to clearly explain the menu items. I ordered half falafel and half sweet potato. Since I had ordered a veggie dish, I assumed everything was included.
The manager explained the situation in a very strange and unprofessional way. Any manager with good judgment would have simply let it go. Instead, she chose to throw away the order and have the new employee start over, all because of an extra $3.00 charge for the vegetables.
My issue wasn’t about the $3.00. It was about the manager’s attitude and lack of professionalism. Because of how the situation was handled, I decided to go next door to Locavino, where I was happy to spend $30 on dinner at a place with much better customer service.
For a general manager at a place like CAVA, I would expect someone more mature who treats customers with respect.

I had such a great experience at CAVA, and I truly want to highlight Kelly for her outstanding service. From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind. She took her time explaining the menu options, offered helpful recommendations, and made sure my order was exactly how I wanted it.
What stood out most was her positive attitude and attention to detail. Even during a busy rush, Kelly stayed calm, efficient, and friendly with every customer. You can tell she takes pride in her work and really cares about creating a good experience.
Because of Kelly, my visit felt personal and enjoyable—not just another quick meal stop. CAVA is lucky to have someone like her on the team. I’ll definitely be coming back!
