I understand that they are not obligated to smile all the time but they are obligated to provide good customer service and unfortunately the attitude of this person is disgusting. I know that the customer does not pay to be treated well but at the very least they should have people who are kind and know how to do their job. What a horrible attitude because the customers do not deserve that treatment.
