The first response from the employee was “okay a small milkshake” I correct them that the size is medium. They follow up with “medium okay what flavor” I had already placed my entire order yet the employee couldn’t figure this out. I repeat myself a third time starting I would like a medium chocolate milkshake. The employee then tells me they are out of chocolate ice cream. What a waste of time and energy. I would recommend any other baskin Robbin’s.

The store called us and then told us they were out of chocolate ice cream, vanilla ice cream, and when we asked if they would be able to use chocolate chip ice cream (which they did have) and add in chocolate syrup they said that they could no do that. They weren’t able to give us any options to make a chocolate milkshake so we asked that they cancel the order. It was especially frustrating that they did not cancel the order earlier prior to the driver arriving to pick up the order if they were out of all of the ingredients. Hopefully someone else has better luck ordering from this store.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
