  Great happy hour, drinks are solid, service is always pleasant and helpful, and the lobster roll is fantastic. I miss the sriracha biscuits - those were a standout.

  Really negative experience. Server spilled red wine on three people (three shirts badly stained, splashed all over the table and pooled on the floor). He hardly reacted, and less than half-heartedly apologized. They cleaned with no urgency and poorly, to the point where the last member of our party who arrived later got his sleeve stained as well by the leftover wine on the table. The manager wasn't advised, one of us advised her themselves, and only then was the situation (kind of) addressed, and a slightly more genuine apology received. In the end they comped drinks and apps. This would have brought the rating up, the food and drinks were pretty good as well. However, when making the reservation they agreed to provide a quiet table (one of us has very bad hearing issues) but when we got there they placed us in the noisiest area, and did nothing to resolve this despite asking. The floor remained sticky throughout the meal, again despite asking for help. In the end, an automatic 22% "large group" (7 people) gratuity was included on the check which the server didn't mention beforehand. All of which unfortunately left a very bad taste which cancels out the fairly high quality of the food and the decent comp gesture. Also, obviously subjective but their choice of music was tacky (and unnecessarily loud). Maybe there will be improvements but as of now, don't be tricked by the trappings, this is NOT fine dining but slow-casual with uncaring staff. Go with those expectations in mind, and you probably won't be disappointed.

  I am giving 5 stars because All Set Restaurant & Bar deserves it! We went for dinner without a reservation prior to going to the Fillmore (definitely make reservations). When the owner, Jen heard we were trying to eat prior to going to the Fillmore for a dance party she asked if we didn't mind squeezing in 6 with a 4 topper and it worked. Jen and our server Dorian were fabulous along with the food. The chickpea fries are a new twist (as least for me) and the seafood pizza is a must! I highly recommend this restaurant even if you do not have an event to go to!

  Decent food, I guess but lots of fried options. Fish and chips were just so-so. They added a 22% auto-gratuity for our group of 10 at brunch, and our meal (1 appetiser + 2 main dishes ) was about $100 with tip. Probably won’t return.

  We weren’t particularly impressed with this place. We came in for dinner on a random Tuesday, and there were plenty of guests enjoying their meals and drinks. We were greeted at the door and seated promptly at a nearby table. Our waitress was quite dry—very direct and seemingly uninterested. She took our drink order and delivered it without much interaction. The food was decent but nothing memorable. My husband mentioned that his salmon was just okay and felt like something we could easily prepare at home. I ordered the Atlantic cod, which was also just okay. While the dishes had good flavor, the portion sizes didn’t justify the price. Overall, the menu felt overpriced for what you receive, especially considering we could get comparable seafood elsewhere for better value. The atmosphere, however, was warm and welcoming. Would I recommend this place? Sure—if you don’t mind overspending. I did take photos of our meals after cutting into the fish and salmon.
