  The Briggs Chaney Dunkin location has really gone down. It’s usually a long wait in the drive through line, even if there are only a couple of cars. They get my coffee order wrong quite often. I’ve had to drive back after leaving the shopping center to have my coffee order corrected more than once or twice. It’s lukewarm and not fresh more often than not. Who wants that! This location is the closest to me but I choose to drive further to get decent service. Some of the servers are rude as well. Management….. please do something about this.

  It was my first time at this dunkin. The staff was awesome my coffee was hot. My sandwich freshly made.

  Jacqueline seems a nice and cool person and friendly and very sweet person great ice coffee and the breakfast is great I appreciate you and your kindness Jacqueline :)

  I visit this Dunkin every morning since I work a few minutes away and I need my Dunking coffee to get me going. Never had a problem always had good customer service until today. The cashier made an honest mistake and charge me for an item that I did not requested. He apologized and I told him it was all good I just needed my order corrected. The guy in charge checked my order and confirm it was messed up. Proceeds to tell me that I need my card for him to do anything since I paid with Apple Pay. I explained I don't carry my wallet that's why I paid with my phone and wasn't expecting to have to do a refund since I order my food correctly. Then he tells me he can't do nothing for me. I explained again how the order was not what I asked for and still said he couldn't do anything for me. After giving attitude he says he will call the manager. Brings me cash back and still charge me more than it was supposed to. I order 3 meals and he charged them separately so I still ended up paying more than I usually do. To avoid any type of confrontations I took my messed up order and I said thank you. He turned his back on me without a word. I understand maybe it was too early for him but he is in charge for a reason. Dunkin You make my day everyday with your coffee but today was a little different. I want to highlight the cashier Dilon for going out of his way and apologizing for the honest mistake. But the guy in charge was the wrong guy to put in charge. Thanks.
