  I got $100 worth of coffee here for an event and they wouldn't even give me a bag for it unless I paid an extra dollar. Last time I ever use Dunkin for my coffee needs for events.

  I am writing to share my recent experiences at the Central Dunkin’ Donuts in Silver Spring. I frequently stop by this location in the evening on my way to work, but the service provided by the staff member working during that shift has been consistently disappointing. Over the past few visits, I have encountered the following issues: - On my first visit, the employee was on his phone and did not notice me until I had been waiting for some time. When he did assist me, he seemed disinterested and unapproachable, which led me to only purchase a soda rather than a latte. - On my second visit, I experienced the same lack of engagement and only purchased donuts. - Today, I was completely ignored when I walked in. The employee went into the kitchen for an extended period, and after waiting a long time for him to return and prepare an order, I eventually had to leave without purchasing anything so that I would not be further delayed for work. I enjoy visiting this location because it is on my commute, but the lack of energy and poor customer service from this individual is making it difficult to remain a customer. I hope you will look into this matter to ensure a more professional environment during the evening shift.

  This morning Myself and family ordered from Dunkin donuts on Fenton St, Silver Spring MD. We have had past orders, that were good .. however,"Surprisingly". Today this was exceptionally "Bad" two breakfast sandwiches that appeared to have old bread as well was the bacon also eggs seemed to not be fresh,. I did let Doordash know as well as the store manager. "Buyer Beware"
