  We had a large order for a retreat for our staff at MC. Roberto took very good care of us. He was patient and funny and kind and made sure we got our order on time and was thoroughly labeled and processed. Please give our high praise to Roberto!

  Beware! They serve "Kibbles-n-Bits"-sized meat. The workers chop it too tiny. You pay upwards of $20 for a meal and your fork can't find the chicken in the bowl. Veggies are often crumb size, too. Disgrace! Awful way to cheat customers.

  had an outstanding experience at CAVA Silver Spring, and I have to give a special shoutout to Roberto. He truly embodies everything you could hope for in a manager. From the moment my family and I walked in, Roberto made us feel genuinely welcomed and valued. His professionalism, attention to detail, and positive energy set the tone for an incredible visit. It’s rare to come across someone who leads with both excellence and heart, but he does exactly that. The food was fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicious—but what made the experience unforgettable was the level of care and hospitality we received. Five stars all the way. We will definitely be coming back for more!

  Very good place to eat, the food is tasty and the atmosphere feels comfortable. The service is pretty good, but what really stands out is Roberto, the shift supervisor. You can tell he’s on top of everything, keeps the team running smoothly, and always has a great attitude. Thanks to him, everything flows and the whole experience feels even better. Definitely makes you want to come back!

  Racial profiling. Guy made me jump through hoops to prove I had an order. I stood there and watched how he handled others which was night and day ! I confronted him about it and he couldn’t give good reason march 23rd approximately 2:50 pm 2026 silver spring Fenton ave cava
