- LBLauren BercianMar 25, 20261.0Worst baskin Robbin’s. I ordered via Uber Eats. A flavor that I requested isn’t in stock I told the driver what flavor I wanted it to be replaced with. The lady at the store starts yelling at him saying it can’t be done and I have to change it on the app when Uber Eats says i have to call them to edit, they don’t even answer their phone. So unprofessional. They don’t care about customer satisfaction at all. I’ve never had this problem before.
