  Pizza was great, actually some of the best that I received from Papa John’s in a long time. Not the reason why I’m writing this review…I wanted to applaud the manager/whoever was working the counter on Sunday night, April 4 around 8pm. An irate customer came in while I was waiting for my pizza and was very confrontational with the staff there, and directed his displeasure toward the manager. Thankfully, he was professional and acknowledged the customer’s issue, and tried to calm down the situation. The angry customer was just not having it and apparently just wanted to rant and complain. Long story short, that guy left (he tried starting something with a Door Dasher on the way out), and I commended the young man that had to deal with him. I could see that he was flustered and upset (the store was slammed with orders and not many staff there) but he maintained his decorum and kept to business. He 100% said he could have done better, but from where I stood, he handled it like a pro. I recorded the entire thing in case things went the wrong way (the customer was being that aggressive). Anyhow, great pizza and even better staff 👍🏻

  Just ordered two pizzas one was supposed to be cheese. The other one was pepperoni. I saw it on my receipt. The manager would not honor my receipt that I had my opinion. Don’t go there.

  Had Papa John’s at a gathering haven’t gone to papa John’s in years. Tried, and won’t be back. Ordering Pizza, via Philippines, $25, from a local number? Quality not worth it at all.

  Can never seem to get the extra sauces we pay for. Food is always made correctly, but be sure to check you get your paid-for extras before letting the driver go.
