    Staff is extremely kind and are always friendly but they cant get an order right to save their lives. Drive thru, app, or going in, it never fails. They literally will do the complete opposite of what you ask.

    Went through the drive thru around 4:45 pm on 11/12/2025. I ordered three combo meals, large. They didn't double up the carry tray and over filled the drinks so the carry tray got all wet and when I carried the drinks in, one side of the carry tray collapsed, causing one of the drinks to fall out and splatter all over my deck and my pants. They put all the food in a small bag so when I set the bag on the table, the bag fell over and all the French fries went flying every where. The fries weren't cooked properly and we're cold and the chicken mcnuggets were cold and hard. Every time I go to this McDonalds there are issues with my order. It is only 1 mile from my home but I will be going to the one in Odenton from now on.

    Order items to play monopoly,two 10 peice nuggets meal, 2 large drink, no game stickers . I would have spent my money elsewhere...

    The worst McDonald's in the USA, they never get your damn order right. The incompetence is so great that the cashier asks for your order, reads the damn order, and hands you the wrong thing.

    They're supposed to be open 24 hours but this is the 2nd time this month I've gone for breakfast at 4am and been told they aren't serving food yet.
