I respectfully called subway to resolve this issue by asking for a refund. The person at the phone which I believe is the manager was rudely brushing me off. He would not listen to anything I say and disrespectfully keep on hanging up on me. I call and call again to get my issue resolved and he keeps on cutting me off every time I try to respectfully explain my issue to them and end up hanging up abruptly. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever seen from any restaurant because the owner of this particular subway restaurant kept on being rude and aggressive. At the end of the day, I still have not got my issue resolved.
