  It is AI talking now when you take your order. And they got my order wrong… go figure. This is Taco Bell, we don’t need AI messing the food orders up…

  Let me start off by saying "I love taco bell!", because of my love for taco bell i often spend over $20 each visit as i really enjoy getting a couple of their grilled cheese burritos. Now that that's been addressed let me now say that I will never come back to this location. I've been here probably 9 times and 4 out of those 9 times I never got my grilled cheese burritos. That would be because i get SOMEONE ELSE'S MOBILE ORDER. This most recent time I went was today (4/9/2026) and lo and behold I was given someone else's mobile order. To make matters worse the order i received was worth about $8 and included the few items on the menu i do not like, I also even rounded up my total to help education! Long story short I will never go back to this location and will now be skeptical of every taco bell i see from now on.

  Look writing reviews for a fast food chain is a little weird you don't know if a cooperate overlord is going to see it or the manager of this branch or however it works, however I'm doing it this one time because this particular location and on today (3/6/26 for those reading this months to years in the future) in particular was amazing and I hope that maybe just maybe the guy we served us today sees this. I think the Baja blast must have gone into the employees brain a little bit. I forgot lunch and desperately needed food, a tad on the hungry side and we're closing in on dinner time so we grabbed the closest food to my office. Placed our order and pulled up to the window. The gentleman in the window asks us how we're doing we say fine, we politely ask how he's doing he leans out the window and cracks a joke about his day . We're all laughing now. Then he asks how much hot sauce "substantial or ungodly" we said substantial and he turned around with two fistfuls of sauce and checks our approval again we laughed and nodded and he dramatically placed it in our bags. He handed off the bags with an upbeat goodbye and we were off. For service from a fast food chain, it was fabulous. It was quick, fun, and my hunger was satisfied. I hope that guy has a great day. I hope that energy stays with you and thanks for being a small ray of sunshine.

  I passed and order for the first time and I order some churros and some nacho this is how I received the churros and the nachos just throw in the bag just as the picture I posted.. Really bad service.
