  Lillian the Morning Baker was friendly, and the Souffle's were baked correctly for once. But care needs to be taken after handling money from the Register, then bagging the Souffle. She put on gloves BUT failed to wash her hands first. I asked Lillian if she washes after handling $ she said YES, BUT did not. Other than that the Souffle was Superb.

  There were no issues with the customer service it was excellent. To make sure that the customer's order is complete, the staff must double-check the ticket order. Errors do occur occasionally, but they appear to be repeated.

  Always enjoy stopping at Panera Bread when I visit Salisbury. The service is fluid from order to pick-up. The servers are respectful & patient. The prices are reasonable & their menu offers food choices for those adhering to certain dietary restrictions.

  I have visited this location every single time I’ve come to visit my grandmother in Maryland and this time I went through the drive-through and it was by worse. The worst experience I have ever had at Panera bread. They ran out of stuff and were rude about telling us they didn’t offer us drinks. They didn’t ask if we wanted to add a cookie. I am extremely upset and disappointed at the new staff. That is now currently working at this Panera Panera bread they need to grow up and get some manners sincerely, a Panera bread foodie who also has an account.

  Recently, my wife and I entered Panera bread around 10:20, walked up to register, wife left to use rest room and returned 1031 while the employee that i had told wife in restroom turned the wall minus for lunch. Before I could order the two breakfast quish another employee can to counter removed the two quish I was going to order, took them to kitchen and tossed them onto the counter. When I ordered a breakfast, man replied breakfast is over. I explained to him I have been here for 10 minutes then he started telling me about breakfast time, so I held up my hand and said I don't want to hear it. I would think that employees who acknowledge customers standing there at 10:20 would qualify a breakfast but the do or die overly strict cut off breakfast time was put into action right when I was already inside. We have not returned to Panera since. We are long time frequent customers. This is how they treat their customers!
