- ICI CJan 4, 20261.0***UPDATE**** The only reason this one is still open is bc they are the only ones around. There is an apparent lack of management and training. Today 11FEB2026 we pre ordered and showed up approximately 10 minutes after ordering online. The one staff member did her best to keep up but also served walk in customers before even attempting to make our pre order. If that's the SOP, ok.. But after this, getting watered down smoothies last week and the doors not being open and lights off when they said they were open, I'm out. Too bad too, I love this franchise.
