  I went to go eat at this Taco Bell last night. After getting my food, one of the workers came back with my nacho fries because he forgot to give them to me. While I was eating, halfway through I realized I was missing my chalupa. So I went and I told the cashier that I was missing it and the cashier was trying to figure it out by looking at my receipt. He took my receipt to the workers making the food and I guess they had a little disagreement saying that they gave it to me, but I never got it. Then the manager, a white older lady, comes out with my chalupa and she says to me “are you sure you didn’t get your chalupa?” While looking at my friends and my tray. I said “no” and I started going through all of my wrappers and she still didn’t believe me. I felt so embarrassed because they treated me like a thief and still refused to believe me after I showed proof and didn’t apologize for not trusting me. I understand that people might lie about not getting items, but asking 3 times and looking at my tray 3 times seems a little bit excessive.

  When you get in drive thru line the first lane is next to cement wall where the trash is so you cannot see the menu until ready to order. I was ordering for family so I asked for more time. They never came back on after several minutes and I tried several times to get their attention. I had to go all back around again. Use the 2nd lane and it will be easier to see the menu and you can exit if you change your mind . They need to add menu where they be seen.

  I ordered (2) mexican pizzas and they were really good. The downside, they do not have Coca Colas, and, their large Pepsi size is way over priced at $3.28. McDonalds has a much better deal at half the cost, $1.49. So 'buyer be ware'.
