  I had never had Papa John’s pizza before, and I went to try it for the first time. My experience was really bad at the North Salisbury Wesley College Avenue branch. It was the nastiest place to eat pizza. I went there on Martin Luther King Day, and I guess only one person was working. She was constantly talking on her phone and spreading her spit on my pizza. She was really rude to customers and showed no respect. There was no welcoming at all. I guess it was because she was only paying attention to her phone call. When I asked her to add the toppings, she mimicked me and said, “It is too much.” She did not prepare the pizza the way I asked, because she never wanted to pay attention to the customers. My first Papa John’s experience was ruined this way. I do not recommend this place to anybody.

  I would stay away from this branch. I placed an order on the app. The app would not let me use a gift card. I used the card at pick up. The cashier said the card only had $2.50 on it and it was a new card for $25. I confirmed on the receipt when it was purchased that it was activated for $25. It now has a $0 balance. I handed the cashier $40 on a $28 bill and when I was handed the change I was asked about the Ravens game and just put the change in my pocket while answering the question. Late yesterday when I pulled the change out of my pocket it was not the correct change. That is on me for not checking. Not sure what is going on at this branch but I did respond to the email from PJ asking about my experience.

  Ordered lunch the store was very clean. once I came in I was greeted by a smiling face . The pizza was hot and very very fresh. Keep up the good work.

  Rude staff nasty, hair down no uniforms on. They also cannot read the tickets, I got delivery delivered from Door Dash pizza was burnt to a crisp the medium and the large. I also paid for two extra sauces and 4 of the papa John’s season packets and they were not sent. I reordered the food and paid for it again but this time for carryout to pick it up. I then took the burnt pizza back In person and simply showed them how burnt it was and the worker stated well when door dash delivers them they get cooked more!! Argued with me about the sauce that she put two in each box! I explained I bought them back it was two total. “She boxed it” she knew! Over sauce really I already just doubled PAID for not burnt pizza! Why would I say I didn’t get garlic sauce if I did!! Or the season packets! Terrible staff and pizza and customer service just awful.
