  I have had very very good pizza from Papa John's. But this store is a little disappointing. Not the same good quality and pizza not cut all the way through.

  I often order from papa John on. N.Salisbury blvd. When they starts advertising their pan ( deep dish) pizza I was happy because that’s my favorite type of pizza . I would order carry out from dominos because they don’t deliver to my area . Papa John’s is the only pizza spot to deliver to me .. the 1st time I got the pan pizza it was delicious , the second time it was a mess and much like the pics included . However, I thought maybe it was just a fluke, but NO this time These pizzas are poorly made the side crust is sitting on the bottom of the box . The toppings are falling off and the pizza is hardly cut . I spent 70.00 plus dollars and waited an hour and received this. Some of the crust is literally on the outside of the box where they closed the box on the pizza . Very disappointed and a waste of money …Leave the pan pizzas to dominos and Pizza Hut .

  I pre ordered my pizza online and it was delivered cold. I called the restaurant and they told me there was nothing they could do about it. I would never order delivery from them again. The pizza was clearly sitting under a lamp before they delivered it.

  Received my garlic bread sticks, via Uber, with very little garlic on them. Spoke with store manager, said they were cutting back on using the garlic sauce. Manager was unwilling to make the order right, seemed not to care at all. I would not recommend this store at all. Customer service rated at a ZERO. Definitely will be contacting their regional and corporate managers.
