Placed my order on their app. . They did not have my order ready.... had to wait.. The lady tried to give me the wrong order. When she came with my order, my fries were on the bottom of the bag.. Had to go in and get another order.... Always have issues here. My chicken sandwich was inedible... tasted terrible !!!!! Had to throw it away...My big mack had so much sauce on it that it could not be eaten.... SO MAD !!!!!!!!!

Placed a mobile order. I was in line waiting for forever because the drive thru was out to the Food Lion parking lot. When I finally arrived to the window I was told breakfast was over and I couldn't get my food 🤷They took my money and my points but I can't eat... Sorry as hell. Didn't offer me anything else from the menu or anything...

Hash brown's were cold this morning. Attitude n demeanor of employees are sad. Would been better off going to fruitland sat in drive thru for 25 minutes. Then had to pull in a spot to wait longer. Ill go elsewhere for now on
