In addition, the service is consistent and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. You’ll find the restaurant is always spotless and meticulously clean. And often times, the staff and chef will come out to talk to you, and will eventually know you by name. We’ve eaten in several times and typically do take out a few times a month. And if that isn’t enough to write home about, then the food will. It is by far one of the best tablecloth dining experience you’ll have in at least the tri state area. The server is happy to help assist you with the ins and outs of each dish and make sure it’s prepared to your preferred spiciness. I think the flavor profile of the butter chicken is one that I will hold as the gold standard for all other butter chickens. The garlic naan is perfection and the curry chicken is a party in your mouth. We’ve also had the tandoori chicken, which was a great balance of flavor as well as the tikki. But even the attention to detail with the flavor of the basmati rice is a like comfort food you never knew you needed. And the portion sizes are sizable! Indian Aroma is truly a gift to Salisbury, and it feels like a restaurant that has been pulled from D.C., or the Upper East side of NYC and plopped right down in our little town. They set the bar high for other restaurants in the area! Enjoy!

They even ensured no cross contamination in the kitchen. It’s hard to eat out with an allergy so I highly recommend eating here if you do!
