It all started in 1894 in a small Lancaster farmhouse in Pennsylvania, where the Hershey brothers – Jacob, Isaac, Paris, Ephraim, and Eli – were making the best ice cream available anywhere. It did not take long for that farmhouse in Lancaster to get fairly crowded with all of that ice cream making paraphernalia.
