I stood for 4 full minutes while being completely ignored. Employees walked by, nobody said they'd be with me soon, nobody waited on me. I guess Dunkin doesn't pay well enough or train properly to get decent employees.

Dunkn' was always the "working man's" coffee shop, the coffee was never amazing but it was cheap and you knew what you were getting. They have turned there backs on working class Americans, I hope they learn there lesson but for now I am not coming back.

Unfortunately, the older woman in the drive-thru has soured my experience. I’ve overheard her speaking negatively about customers, and I’ve seen her smoking outside multiple times. Her poor attitude has led me to avoid the drive-thru in the mornings. I won’t continue spending money where my business isn’t appreciated. I hope management addresses this issue, as the rest of the staff deserves better.
