They serve with major attitude, often rude over the intercom, which has made me drive off multiple times. Even on rare visits, the poor treatment never changes. Reviews via receipt links and upper management clearly have no impact. If this works for them and their average customers accept it, fine—I'm just glad I'm not average.

When I got to the drive through the girl told me they don't have any donuts. How do you not have any donuts 1 hour before you close. I'm aware that they throw away their donuts at the end of the night but 1 hour before they close?!?! I can see maybe 15 minutes but 1 freaking hour?!?! That doesn't make any sense and I don't care what the excuse is. 1 hour before you close you're still going to have customers show up.
