- DMDaasia McfaddenFeb 13, 20261.0Ordered & paid for a medium pepperoni pizza & buffalo wings. I also tipped the driver $6 when Dominoes is literally 2 minutes away from my house (but its not his fault). I called the store to let the manager know my wings were wrong & he told me to wait until the delivery driver brings the right wings & to swap them out? I am going to work & dont have time to wait for another order. The managers attitude was very non chalant & RUDE. I called customer service to file a complaint & THEY offered me a full refund which wasnt necessary but very thoughtful being as though the store manager didnt care. It was rude & un sanitary how the manager handled it. What were they going to do with the other wings? Re sell them?? Even fast food restaurants dont take food back through a drive thru. He didnt offer a refund, not even credit to my dominos account & i am a normal customer there. Very upset with this transaction tonight!
