- LLLynneJul 3, 20211.0My friend and I went to get ice cream like we usually do at this location, but today's experience was less than stellar. Mind you, this is around 4:30 p.m.. we go to order our ice cream, and we're told that both of our first choices were unavailable. So were our second and third choices. And apparently they do not carry chocolate sprinkles...what ice cream place doesn't carry chocolate sprinkles? Anyway, I settled for chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream, and to my surprise the cookie dough chunks were beyond stale, and rainbow sprinkles were added, without my consent. When we went inside to correct the order, we were not acknowledged in a timely manner (the girls were too busy gossiping in the corner) and got a half-hearted apology for their poor service. No explanation at all. When you have a bunch of teenagers working behind the counter, completely unaware of inventory and inability to solve customer complaints, that is how you lose service. And this location lost both of ours today. Stick with Frozen Farmer or Vanderwendes, at least it's fresh and you're getting what you pay for.

Therefore since there was not ice cream there you lost a customer. The above occurred approximately 8:30 pm. Where's the ice cream?

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
