  Last night, I picked up som food after a long day of work because I was hungry. I got a chicken sandwich and curly fries with Arby’s sauce and ketchup, and my drink was a lemonade. When I went home to eat my chicken sandwich was burnt i took a bite and it was as hard as rock and it was already late i was hungry didnt eat all day and I didn’t feel like going to return it because last night was colddddd so I ate it and my curly fries were super cold and definitely not fresh no problem I ate it still not to mention my lemonade was tasteless cool no problem 5 minutes later im on the toilet i was on the toilet for 30 minutes I will never eat here again and don’t advise anyone else to eat here either theres a different Arby’s on north ive never had a issue at but this one is completely unacceptable ive never left a bad google review before but my experience was so bad I slept on it and still decided to leave a review i get it it’s late night and no one wants to work and everyone wants to go home idc if the food was cold i have a microwave but a burnt patty really?? I sincerely hope this Arby’s goes out of business

  The location across from the mall is better. This one is always slow and they half fill the fries.

  Arby's is a good fast food place for a quick gyro or sandwich. I dig some of their seasonal options, like the loaded fries or orange shake. There's lots of good places in Salisbury to get a good sandwich, but Arby's is fast and relatively cheap. You get really good deals during happy hour. Have never had any substantial issue with this location: sometimes a few tables need to be clean or stuff needs to be swept or some sauces are out or some staff members feel a bit inexperienced, but I've never once had a bad time here.

  The roast beef is the best. The curly fries are so good with the Arby's sauce.
