- CAcaffeine addictMar 17, 20262.0I stopped at Dunkin pre-Iftar wanting to get a good iced coffee to open my fast with. Taking into consideration that there were no other customers that they would make our order the way we want it. I drove to get it and ordered brown sugar shaken espresso - got home and then tried it and it tastes like grape which brown sugar shaken espresso isn’t supposed to taste like. It really ruined my day because I was looking forward to a good coffee. How do you make bad coffee when you’re not rushed like what?

I understand everyone has a bad day but gheesh customer service was terrible and the food and drinks were terrible . Very upset with service will be going to a different one
