  Ordered 2 $6 meals through the self order and selected "Meal Deal" for both. Asked if one of the coffees could be a hot chocolate instead. Was rudely told no. Didn't say anything. Got food and sat down. Coffee did not have enough creamer and we were missing a hashbrown. Went to ask for more sweetener and missing hashbrown. Was argued with. Told I need to pay for sweetener even when I paid for the coffee and we were that we didn't pay for two hashbrowns. We paid for 2 meal deals, receipt stated "Meal Deal" for both orders. Each deal comes with coffee, sandwich, and hash browns. Instead of arguing further, I told them I want a refund. The total was $17.52. I was refunded $17.26, so I wasn't even fully refunded. Also, the ONLY thing we ordered was the two $6 meals. We were over charged since, even with the edits we made to the coffee (adding cold foam) it should have been about $14.25. At least that's what their own app says when comparing the pricing with the same order.

  Every single time I come to this location they mess my coffee order up... How hard is it to make an iced decaf caramel coffee apparently it's difficult bc they always try to give me hot or caffeinated and I ask for 5 sugars and sometimes they get it right and majority of the time there's none in there smh

  The space was really clean and inviting. My drink was not quite right, but I appreciated how they handled it—no hassle at all, and they kindly gave me a free donut to make up for it. It made my visit more enjoyable despite the small hiccup.

  I've experienced consistently unfriendly service from female employees at every Dunkin' Donuts location in Salisbury—Nanticoke, Tilghman, Hampshire, and this one. They serve with major attitude, often rude over the intercom, which has made me drive off multiple times. Even on rare visits, the poor treatment never changes. Reviews via receipt links and upper management clearly have no impact. If this works for them and their average customers accept it, fine—I'm just glad I'm not average.

  The staff is nice and service is quick but the coffee i get always tastes off compared to the other dunkins in town. My food gets burnt a lot too. I try to avoid this one after too many mediocre orders. I
