We came in to pick up a DoorDash order after a long and stressful shift, and he immediately greeted us with a positive attitude and genuine kindness. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of, turning what had been a tough night into a really uplifting experience. It’s rare to come across someone who clearly cares about customers the way he does. His energy, friendliness, and willingness to go the extra mile did not go unnoticed. Jordan is an incredible associate and truly represents great customer service. He absolutely deserves recognition for the impact he makes!

False advertising—app orders should reflect reality, not bait customers. Don’t bother reaching out cause they’ll ignore you and not resolve the matter.

Im not really one to get shakes too often. Shakes aren't what they used to be. The place was clean but the drink machine area could be better - once was out of ice but it was late too. Was welcomed when I walked in. Only McDonalds and the Fruitland Food Lion treat me like I don't exist. Food was decent but I'm a bit new to Dairy Queen as I dont go North or to the west for food. It would be a better experience if i get the dairy offerings.
