  Why is the quality of food so much poorer than the location in North? stale fries, chicken sandwich small and meat was stringy.

  Compared to north chick fil a, this is such a downgrade in hospitality and food service. My partner and I regularly eat at chick fil a, however every time we have visited this location, there is no enthusiasm from order takers, the drive through wait time is ridiculous (10-30 minutes) and the food has been mediocre at this location. My order (that I placed via the app) is constantly missing items, or having the wrong items. I’ve tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. However this has to be one of if not the worst chick fil a locations I’ve ever been to. It’s worth the drive to just go to the north location and save the headache.

  Service was a bit slow. I used the new scan the qr code and skip the drive-in lane wait. It gives you your own land to go to the front but sadly you still have to wait, I watched 5 cars get served each one was there when I pulled in. So the new lane and qr code really does nothing.

  Order#89822, 03/28/2026, 3:41pm. My 3rd/4th visit since opening day. This visit, wasn't a good experience. 1st bad experience at a Salisbury, Md "Chick-fil-a" my order was supposed to be 1-SW Salad 🥗 and 1-MK Salad 🥗. The Mk salad had SW chicken, missing toppings and a piece of paper sitting inside, on top of the supposedly MK Salad 🥗. Not sure, if it was a new staff-member but I thought before order is delivered out, one last inspection is given. We didn't get home until almost three hours later to discover this surprise. Chick-fil-A I am not upset, because i really believe it was an honest mistake working in a fast environment. I forgive you, deeply. I not giving up on "Our local Salisbury, Md Chick-fil-A stores.

  Did mobile ordering drive thru - waited about 15 minutes to get food. However, when I received my meals (and the three cars behind me), I still had 3 cars in front of me that had not received their items. So I was stuck in the line for another 10 minutes… With the price of take out these days, I won’t be back to this location until they make it right…
