  To be fair I ordered through doordash and maybe they hate doordash but the service is great when you actually go in. However I don't do delivery often, in fact it had been 3 months since I doordashed anything I love Arby's I thought it would be a special treat. I ordered two beef and Cheddar's with no red sauce, they gave me no red sauce and no cheddar. I ordered six packets of horsey sauce they gave me no horsey sauce. I also ordered a large fries, they may have used the large fry box but they gave me a small order of fries.

  Not a bad place for a quick bite. I love their chicken dippers.

  The wait in the drive thru was over 15 minutes. My order was wrong. I ordered 2 4 piece mozzarella sticks, a fish sandwich and a regular roast beef sandwich. They failed to give me one set of sticks and the ones I received contained one that was so old it was inedible, yellow and hard. The regular roast beef was on a soggy onion bun and barely had any meat. It was a complete waste of money and time and i am sick of spending my money on disgusting slow fast food. Will not stop here again.

  Last night, I picked up som food after a long day of work because I was hungry. I got a chicken sandwich and curly fries with Arby’s sauce and ketchup, and my drink was a lemonade. When I went home to eat my chicken sandwich was burnt i took a bite and it was as hard as rock and it was already late i was hungry didnt eat all day and I didn’t feel like going to return it because last night was colddddd so I ate it and my curly fries were super cold and definitely not fresh no problem I ate it still not to mention my lemonade was tasteless cool no problem 5 minutes later im on the toilet i was on the toilet for 30 minutes I will never eat here again and don’t advise anyone else to eat here either theres a different Arby’s on north ive never had a issue at but this one is completely unacceptable ive never left a bad google review before but my experience was so bad I slept on it and still decided to leave a review i get it it’s late night and no one wants to work and everyone wants to go home idc if the food was cold i have a microwave but a burnt patty really?? I sincerely hope this Arby’s goes out of business
