  Let me start by saying that I never make reviews but this experience was unacceptable and I had to say something. 4/20/26 I went to the drive thru to get a quick bite before class because I was close to being late and needed to eat. I ordered a number 5 w/ crinkle cut fries and a medium drink. My first issue was that it took (in my opinion) a little too long for my food to be ready but I didn’t complain. Then I give the cashier my card to pay for my food. He swipes it a few times and it’s not going through so I politely asked for my card back and offered to pay in cash. He ignores me and swipes again, I say I can pay with cash. He goes “no this happens all the time, it’ll work.” (Mind you- I come there a lot because it’s close to wor-wic and I have never had this issue before nor have I seen this man work here.) I then have to ask for my card back in a stern tone and he finally hands it back and takes my cash. That was unacceptable because he really should’ve given me my card when I asked. Then I park and realize that they gave me curly fries instead of crinkle cut but it’s no big deal. I’m rushing to take a few bites of my burger because I need to eat before class. I look down and realize my burger is very undercooked. Because I was running late for class, I had no time to go back and show staff the burger so I am writing this review. Again, never complain about fast food but this was ridiculous.

  Gross, cd food, fries with hair in them and some staff have attitude issues toward customers when they make a mistake.

  Fast and courteous service. Food is definitely tasty and not expensive at all. I personally recommend Arby's. I visit often and every time I visit I try different meals and have not been disappointed by any meal choices.

  I like Arby's. Not much to say. Foods pretty good, price is a bit higher than other fast food. But the food is better than other fast food too.
