  Stopped to eat after shopping, my friend and I were very hungry. All of our food was ice cold. I guess we got the fries that were sitting around for awhile. The roast beef sandwich was also cold. I went back to counter girl said it was hot, I said well not when I received it. I wish Roy Roger's would come back. They had the best hot food around for fast food. Please Roy Roger's come back to Baltimore. I drive to Frederick sometimes just to get a real beef sandwich and they have the best chicken.

  Sigh!!!! So, i’ve only been to Arby’s one other time years ago and wasn’t that impressed then. I recently say the ad for the gobbler, and i was a huge fan of the gobbler sandwich at WAWA. This being said, I wanted to try the Arby’s because on tv and photo it looks good. I got the gobbler sandwich, apple pie milkshake curly fries, and for my daughter a chicken slider. Positive: Customer service or at least the cashier who rung and brought my food was great! She was very nice and welcoming. Store in Rosedale doesn’t get much volume so it was pretty much in and out. Negatives: That gobbler sandwich was not good, I think it had tartar sauce or some type of mayo that thru the whole sandwich off, not a lot if any cranberry, no gravy… compared to the the Wawa version this was a solid 1-2. This was disappointing because it looks so good on the ad, curly fries were basic. Apple pie milkshake: I was hoping it didn’t taste artificial (i know) but it wasn’t anything special…tasted artificial, maybe if they blend apples or something would make it better. I was hoping this would compete with like a chick fil a shake but was sadly mistaken. Kids meal chicken sliders were super dry and looked a little grey, i just threw it away and it wasn’t eaten. Other than that toy was good. Prob wouldn’t try Arby’s again but sadly this is my review.

  Food taste good however, I live pretty far and I get it it delivered on my lunch break, apps will not let you select a soft drink tea or lemonade only. Cost alot more to have a sprite delivered from a different restaurant and they turned off any space for special instructions, they also do not answer the phone if you call, I would probly go there alot more of it wasn't for these issues.
