Been in the drive thru for 15 minutes while vehicles are waiting inline behind me. Poor service. Then they have me incomplete dozen and could only complete by adding none Boston cream level donuts added glaze only available. Didn't even grant me the additional discount of less than a dozen special donuts. Very disappointing considering that charge so much and it's a weekend.

Either staff have not been properly trained or the machine that dispenses the coffee is not appropriately calibrated. I ordered a box of Joe through DoorDash to be delivered at my office. After placing the box on a flat surface and unscrewing the top extravagantly, hot coffee shot out, and poured down my leg and all over the flat surface, where the box was sitting. Immediately the box was moved from the desktop to the floor to prevent further damage to my electronics As coffee continue to pour out even when placed on the floor.Once I had addressed the burns on my legs and communicated to corporate to no avail. I measured the amount of liquid left in the box of Joe, which was 96 ounces. Based upon the photos and the fact that only 100 ounces should have been in the box clearly there was an error. The individual who was the owner or manager of that location was dismissive, rude, and laughed at me the entire time claiming I simply didn’t know how to operate a box of Joe. Beware.
