    As much as I like Wendy’s this place is not good. why my food always cold I can go inside or order door dash does not matter my food always cold smh this my last time ordering from this Wendy’s.

    On Sunday February 22 I place a mobile order to make it fast, however the supervisor (white lady) was rude and Ibelieve they have short staff, we waited for more than 1/2 hour for a happy meal, this is NOT ACEPTABLE!!! PLEASE make sure to keep this on mind before you order in this Wendy's. 😔😔😔😔

    I am highly disgusted about the management, service, the bathroom wasnt sanitary and food got my children and husband sick. I treated my husband and and 4 lil ones ages under 6yo to 4 biggie bags last night 7pm-8pm. As we on our way home they were irritated and groggy as we were getting THEM ready for bed. I thought nothing OF it thinking they were just tired because we had a long day. As the night went on they had diarrhea and throwing up consistently through out the night. So I called the wendys and As I was explaining how my family got sick because that was the last thing they ate The Store manager was getting frustrated with me ,cutting me off as I was expressing our experiences after leaving wendys , she was not hearing me out, she was interrupting me and I was being patient with her giving benefit of a doubt saying it maybe one of the workers who maybe sick or someone not handling the food properly but she proceeded to escalate her voice and then my husband suggested that we just inform The Health Department and she went Ballistic. NOT COOL, NOT OK, EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL! I asked for the manager name and she said it so quickly I didn't catch it but she did state that she was the GM. ITS surprising that this manager handled this situation in this matter with no concerns or empathy for what is going after family ate the food. Im appalled because As a Homecooker my husband wanted me to have a break since we had a long day and this had to happen as a result. I DO NOT EVER SUGGEST THIS LOCATION.
