  As a loyal customer (I have over 5K pts right now) and advocate for Tropical Cafe, I am highly disappointed. I ordered through the app, per usual, and got my food delivered. Delivery was smooth but when I opened my food, I was so disappointed. I didn’t have my salsa which I what I contacted the store about. After actually analyzing and tasting the food my Santa Fe Dilla was nasty as HELL!! It was thrown together and sticking to the paper they put in the boxes. After tasting my smoothie, I noticed it was watery and made with regular sugar (I subsplenda) and didn’t have the ginger added. I’ve been having issues with my recent orders but have been letting it slide. This maybe my last order with Tropical smoothie.

  After waiting 15-20 mins got my smoothie and it tastes like water will not return to this location
