On Saturday, April 25, I showed the manager the coupon via email, but he refused to look at it. I wonder why you send email coupons without informing your staff.

My experience was the worth with a service staff there called " Caroline". I will never use good to go again in that branch. Better to have their donuts go to waste.

There is no clear indication that you order on one side and pay on another and no obvious line or order of operations. They theoretically close at 11 pm but I walked in at 9:30 and they seemed like they were already trying to prepare for closing. It took them over 20 min to simply take my order. All the employees seemed confused and just kind of wandering around. It was messy and the floor was wet and slippery. I’ll never be back.

Once I arrived to pick up my order I was told that they had no ice that I could walk to one of the other restaurants to request a cup of ice if I wanted my iced coffee. I went next door to Panera where I ended up having to pay $3.28 for a cup just to get iced. Once I went back to get my coffee it tasted horrible . Everyone say you’re money and go to Starbucks. This was my first time ever trying this place, never again!
