    Rant initiated....I would recommend ALWAYS picking up your order form Wingstop at Shady Grove and not using the delivery service. Or better yet, just use a different Wingstop location all together. We were missing part of our order (just drinks), so I called the store to get a refund. I was told on the first call that I would need to contact customer service (after the associate spoke to a manager) to initiate a refund. I questioned the validity of this as it's a weekend and corporate offices are only open Monday through Friday. He assured me they would answer. They didn't. I called the store back, was put on hold for 15 minutes, then was told to call Door Dash to initiate the refund process. I called Door Dash and was told they could only help if my order was never received. They recommended I call the store back. I called the store back and now asked to speak to the manager. I realized it was the same person I spoke to after being on hold so long, and I again asked for a refund of the drinks. Interesting that they only answered after I initiated the no caller ID function on my phone - I called 3 times without that initiated and it went to voicemail. He asked "you never receieved your drinks, that's all you were missing?". I reiterated I had already stated that twice before. "Oh well thats better than missing your food", he says. Yes, except I didn't get to enjoy said food, as I've been on with numerous "customer service calls". I asked why the original person, after consulting with the manager (him) told me I could only get a refund by calling corporate customer service. "He's new", he says. Ok. Why did he, the manager, tell me to call Door Dash? "Because they can get someone to deliver the rest of the order", he says. But why did they tell me that all they could do was initiate a refund if I had a missing order? "I don't know", he says. All he said is he could now process my refund - in 5-7 business days. Bottom line... Terrible customer service, outsourcing delivery, and no one takes accountability for any of this.

    The cashier Jennay was so nice, the prices are realistic, the food is really good! Their fries seasoning is yummyyy! I just recommend that you orderl online so it's ready by the time you get there, cuz they do take some time. But they're soo good!

    Jhanee is an amazing worker her customer service is top notch. She deserves a raise she gives the energy of running the place by herself. And the good is amazing always hot and ready and jhanee goes above and beyond for her customers.

    I ordered delivery from them and was missing drinks. They contract with Doordash. I had missing drinks and instead of acknowledging fault, the restaurant told me there was nothing I could do. So now I'm down money for something I never even received. They were also incredibly rude and dismissive on the phone.
