  Highly recommend you don’t use order apps for this place. They do NOT read instructions or provide STRAWS for their drinks including smoothies.

  The cashier at this location is the main issue from this location. She doesn’t greet you instead she yells “next” the whole time she looks at you like you are the one to blame that she has to work. Her main job is making smoothies and they don’t taste good like the other locations do. I tried to apply my military discount and another coupon I have on the app. She said they don’t do that even though the other locations have always done it. I’m surprised she’s still working there after reading all the bad reviews.

  I really enjoy tropical smoothie Café, and I’m so happy to have one near my house. However, I have to say that the staff at the Rockville location are so rude and unfriendly., It makes it unpleasant to go there. How difficult is it for employees to smile, acknowledge your presence, and create a more pleasant environment for customers?

  I go here regularly, the green smoothies are a lifesaver on days my toddler refuses veggies. Great tasting and fresh, I like the option to remove sweeteners
