- SSS.Sep 23, 20251.0The worst location. Its poorly managed. They open at 7. My online order was placed at 6:45am. It said it would be ready at 7:10. I walk in at 7:13. The 2 women working there don't greet or utter a hello. I look at their pick up counter. No orders ready. I ask them, where's my order? No response. I ask in Spanish since it seems that they dont understand. The shorter woman is like setting up and I'm like I need my order. My order was not made. A smoothie and a chicken quesadilla. The other woman yells that oven is cold and what other item do I want. Im like how are they not prepared to be open at 7? I reluctantly get a salad. This isn't the first time when I order, my order isn't ready. Another time my order was to ready at 8am and my order is not ready. The employees need to be retrained. If they cant get the orders on time, change the store hours. Flower Hill and Gaithersburg location are much better. Why allow online orders if they won't be ready at the ready time? People are in a rush in the morning. We do not have time. This is unacceptable. Stop with the automated business responses and retrain your rude and arrogant staff!
