    I consider myself a very patient and respectful person, especially with customer service staff. However, I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location. I ordered a protein bowl and asked for only lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, and onions. The employee told me he could not give me more than five pieces of tomato and five pieces of cucumber and began loudly saying “no more, no more,” in a rude and dismissive tone. While I was surprised, I accepted this and did not argue. I then asked for a small side of sweet onion teriyaki sauce, and he responded harshly that they “don’t give sides,” again in an aggressive tone. At that point, I decided I no longer wanted the order and let him know. He then began yelling that I still had to pay, even though I had not received my food. I explained that I did not want the salad anymore, but he continued to raise his voice. I felt uncomfortable and disrespected, so I left the store. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I always try to be kind and understanding, even in difficult situations, but the way I was treated was unacceptable.

    First time coming here and the staff were incredibly rude and not accommodating. I kept having to come up them and asking them when they were gonna make my order. One of the employees didn’t know who their manager was

    This location is filthy. The vegetables are not fresh and who knows how long the meat has been out uncovered. If you place an order, make sure you’re getting the correct order. The person making my sub could not see or read the print out order receipt. He kept trying to put Sriracha on my festive turkey with stuffing and cranberry sauce. I told him five times I don’t like Sriracha and it’s not on the order. He thought the word spinach was Sriracha on the print out order. I asked him to make the sub again. He kept trying to give me the sub that was not my order. His teeth are as yellow as a highlighter and does not look clean and professional at all. I do not recommend this location. It was my first time here. Still had to wait in store despite using the app to save time. Pepto-Bismol in hand.
