I could see that there were about eight other people waiting for their food, but it looked like the staff had things moving quickly so I waited. Big mistake! There were no updates or no apologies as we all waited for our food after 45 minutes. I finally received my to go order. No apology for the wait and the manager was even right there assisting. The fries and tots were good. Brussels sprouts oily. The burgers were cold, but I could tell that if they were served hot they would’ve been great. Huge disappointment and huge waste of time. Terrible customer service. Not sure I would go again, even though it had potential, just because of the delay and the lack of customer service. They also should’ve turned off the online orders. 2 stars for good taste.
