  I came in here a few months ago and forgot to write my review. The staff were friendly and kind, they brought my food out quick and fast. I did have to wait longer because they did forgot one part of my food, but they apologized and went to get it right away when I brought it up. The food is amazing! I had their scorchin' chicken tenders and they were juicy and had a bit of a kick to them, but they weren't super spicy. Fries were hot, crispy and seasoned. The atmosphere is pretty. There are normal tables that you can sit at or you can sit at the window and get a nice view of the city/roads. Overall, I would definitely come back here again!

  The staff is phenomenal! Adam and Dewitt are professional dream team! Kudos as well to Alejandra and the young girl with the low pony tail that I regularly see there who both deliver perfect customer care. The cook who tirelessly comes in everyday on his yellow bike. All of these guys are indispensable to this location and it's more than just a meal here. Management, you have gold on your hands with these kinds of employees other businesses can only dream of. The burgers are fantastic, well worth the wait. Take the double classic smash. Never disappoints. Comes fresh and hot. Only ask is to replace the furniture, give the place a little update so the tables don't wobble but honestly I come here for the good vibes anyway. Keep up the good work.

  The attendant was very helpful and explained the items on the menu. It was an inviting experience as someone new to the store. I will return to try more on the menu. Thank you.

  This was terrible, I also ordered online hoping for efficient speed for pick up ! I am complaining because of the way they managed the missing order. I am so annoyed by the staff who lack communication skills and professionalism. They spoke with the chef in Spanish and did not care to explain the status of my missing order back to me while I stood there for 20 minutes. They later found out the guy who is bagging the burgers accidentally placed the burger I ordered in someone else’s bag. Again all the things I hear from them chatting and no one explaining anything to me. Later I find out the woman who also is in the kitchen and visibly looking at me standing speaks English but never cared to explain what’s going on. 20 minutes later I got the order.

  I do not recommend delivery from this location (they used Doordash). Our delivery took nearly an hour after it left the store. The app gave an approximate time, but would not show where the driver was, and only showed the start and end locations. The delivery got stuck at 7 minutes for about a half hour, so what was the driver doing?! Then it fluctuated between 4-7 minutes for a while. When I called the Doordash driver, the message said the time to call that number had expired, and when I called this store I was told to wait another half hour and then call back. 🤨 By the time we got the food, it was very cold. Overall, the store gets 2 stars, because they need to do better at managing the delivery service they have chosen because the customer cannot. From now on I will spend the extra money to go through Doordash myself, thank you very much. At least they (or their AI) are helpful when there are issues.
