- IWImani WhiteDec 17, 20251.0Yesterday night I ordered a big dinner box and I had it delivered to my house when the driver got to my house he dropped my food and when I got in my house my food was damage and I took pictures for proof and I called pizza hut to make a complaint the manager she was giving me a hard time and saying they don't have drivers and I would have to contact door dash when I didn't order from door dash I ordered from pizza hut app she was unprofessional and rude I had to go to the store to get my money back when I showed her proof she made it seen like I was lying even though I had pictures of my food after it got dropped and I driver complain about a tip after he drop my food he didn't say sorry
