  I think a conglomerate of unhappy and slow people work here. Tons of unhappy workers just milling about doing nothing like 2-3 employees are doing the bulk of the work. I ordered two hours ahead for a 545 pick up and it wasn't ready.....

  I do not normally take the time to write reviews, but as a military member who just came off a long shift serving this country, tonight was truly disappointing. I decided to stop by the Papa John’s on Rockville Pike to grab a quick dinner for my family and me. I was tired, hungry, and just looking forward to a decent meal. The moment I walked in, I could immediately tell something was off. The atmosphere felt extremely unprofessional. A group of young employees, maybe around 20 to 24 years old, were standing around laughing, goofing off, and giving little attention to customers or the work environment. I got bad vibes right away, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt because everyone has off days… and I wanted to support local workers. I ordered a large pizza and traditional wings. I patiently waited, hoping the food would make up for the chaotic first impression. But when I got home, what I opened absolutely shocked me. The pizza looked thrown together carelessly. The dough was undercooked, soft and doughy in the middle, and the cheese wasn’t even fully melted. It was as if it was rushed out of the oven far too early. Then I checked the wings… and they were not cooked properly either. Anyone could look at them and see they were not safe to eat. After a long day, this was the last thing I expected. It was extremely disheartening, especially after trusting them with my hard-earned money and hoping for just a simple meal. Instead, I left feeling like no one cared, from the unprofessional behavior I witnessed to the lack of care put into the food. I will never be recommending this location to anyone, and I strongly suggest others avoid it as well. I hope the management steps up and takes action, because customers deserve better. Especially those who walk in after a long day serving their communities and this nation.

  I try to order the lunch special pizza at 3:56om. The worker told me I was talking too fast and to slow down. I then repeated my order. The worker then said hold a second. Then the general manager Danielle stated it just turned 4:00pm on the noise so she can’t sell me the lunch special. I would not recommend this location. The general manager Danielle is unprofessional and refuse people the right to order the lunch by 4pm.
