Friendly staff willing to make ordering changes such as toasting bread or adding / deleting an item. Love the fireplace in the winter. Soups are delicious. I only wish they would offer their delicious souffles for lunch.

- MNM. NuñezNov 10, 20253.0This Panera Bread fast casual restaurant is typical of the current situation with Panera Bread restaurants as an entity throughout the US. The quality of their sandwiches, soups and salads has gone down considerably over the years. I remember when Panera was a bakery that HAPPENED TO SELL SANDWICHES AND COFFEE. All the baking was done on premises, fresh every morning. They had a huge selections of breads, bagels, and pastries. Not anymore... All the baking will be happening in centralized commisaries. I visited this Panera Bread location today, and ordered a chicken pesto sandwich on ciabatta bread. This sandwich is advertised as a "dipper" with a side of sauce. First, now all sandwiches are half sandwiches... You would have to buy two halves to make a complete sandwich. I also got a soup which was the seasonal flavor, and a drink (which was free because I subscribed to the Panera "Sip Club" for a fee). You can see a screenshot of my order with the attached photos. The order was fulfilled quickly and I got my drink almost immediately, which was nice. The soup was good but a tad sweet. But the half chicken pesto sandwich with "dipping sauce" was literally four pieces of smoked chicken meat, maybe a half a teaspoon of pesto... And the dipping sauce? A scant 1/4 cup of Panera Brad's own tomato soup! The dipping sauce was not even a sauce! The quality of the ingredients, the smallish portions and the high price deserves the stars I adjudicated. Panera Bread has some serious work to do to convince me that the driver is not profit over quality
