I put my $14 order on the ipad, AKA, no room for error except on my part (which I made no mistakes according to my receipt). I ordered a frontega chicken panini. Tell me why not only is the majority of the sandwich bread, but the sauce is chipotle mayo sauce, of which I am allergic to. Can’t remember the last time that sandwich (which I order every time) had that sauce. They were “too busy” and did not give me the time to issue a refund or even address the issue. Terrible service and terrible food, I can’t believe this is such a popular location. What a huge waste of money.

To-go orders are always in different places, often requiring that you get in line at the counter behind those ordering to retrieve your items (even when you’ve paid). They also frequently forget items, particularly from the bakery for to-go orders and then, when you check the bag yourself, they’ve run out of the item.
