They intentionally skimp on condiments to save money, despite their over priced menu for what is largely synthetic food. Just inexcusable all around.

The staff never brought our food to the table, even though we had a table number. I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit, but the biscuit was slightly undercooked, a little too doughy, and falling apart. When I mentioned it, they told me this is normal and I would have to special request that the biscuit be cooked more. They said everything is on a timer. That honestly just confused me. I’ve been eating at McDonald’s for 30+ years and get a biscuit once in a while, and I don’t remember them ever being this undercooked before. Could it be me?? So confused. 2 stars.
