  The meat was chewy The cashier was nice Compared to L&L in Virginia this does not even come close Would not recommend

  Hawaii in Maryland wow! The price can creep up on you. But the food is delicious offer the Island favorites.

  I always come here and everything is always 10/10, service and food but today I come in and again all the food and the service was super good, the lady was super nice but after I eat all my food, I saw a rat running by leg and then run back to kitchen area, after that I got up and left super quick, you guys needs to get a exterminator right away to fumigate because that is a health hazard and would hate to see you guys close down for that

  Food is usually good but they started forgetting things in the orders which is very annoying. I called and was told the manager would reach out but it's been a few days and I haven't spoken to anyone. Forgetting food multiple times in takeout orders and acting like you don't care is a quick way to lose a customer..

  Very disappointment with my food today.. I’ve visited multiple L&L locations, primarily on the west coast but this has been my only East coast location. First 2 visits were everything I was used to. Today everything tasted like it wasn’t fresh & lacked flavor. Shrimp tasted a bit old & were not juicy like usual. Mac tasted under seasoned literally as if it was their regular Mac and then water got mixed in? My partner said the chicken katsu was mushy & also lacking in flavor. And then on top of that, they forgot to add katsu sauce/standard sauce they usually include.
