  I was so disappointed when I went here! Unfortunately this place is going downhill. Waited in drive thru for 25 minutes just to hear when I get to the window, “Sorry we don’t have any more of the donuts you want.” Then I specifically went because light was on for fresh donuts. Do you think I got fresh ones? Nope! I got ones that had to have been sitting out for hours. Asked for hot chocolate and that was warm and watered down! Lesson learned……

  Not the best customer service experience. The woman who boxed the doughnuts was fantastic but then she had someone else ring me up and that woman clearly did not want to be there. I paid with a gift card and when she handed me back the card that now had no value I asked her to throw it out and she said no. Also, I'm able to type this review while waiting for my coffee. Because they had to make a new batch AFTER I ordered. Could have given me a heads up before I ordered?

  Do not shop the Krispy Kreme on Shady Grove road.. A few weeks ago I went to the drive up and ordered a dozen jelly donuts for work. When we started to eat them discovered none of them had jelly in them!!! I had a last minute gathering of friends and ordered on Uber Eats , which is another nightmare, a dozen of their better donuts. The ones which cost a bit more . The more gourmet donuts. It cost me almost $40.00. I was having a last minute gathering and needed some goodies. When the donuts arrived they were not the donuts I had paid extra for. 8 of the 12 donuts were nothing more than frosted . Chocolate and strawberry. My husband is allergic to stawberries. I had spent $40.00 on donuts I could have bought for $1.00 at Safeway. If they didn’t have the donuts, just reject the order. I work hard for my money!!!! I would never have spent this kind of money on 12 donuts, like this. I had to take pictures of the donuts and recipe for Uber Eats.. They appolozied for the incident and offered me a $4.00 Uber Eats credit.. I will be at my bank on Friday with my donut pictures to dispute this. When did customer service get to the point where you get what they give you, shut up about it and be happy???

  I made an order for pick up and as I drove over there, I waited 20 minutes before anyone would come and help me. I asked for help and none of them would and the manager came out and asked me what it was I needed. I told him I had an order for pick up and they then told me that they did not have an order even though I showed them my phone order with the correct address in reality. They just hadn’t started it yet and they didn’t want to then they had to tell me that there was no milk so they couldn’t make the latte that I already ordered and paid for online. Deadly proceed to tell me that they don’t have most of the donuts that I already ordered and paid for. Terrible service

  Worst customer service ever. Tried placing an order for 20 dz donuts online 3 days in advance. Their online ordering was down. I called the store, they said they can I can place the order on the phone. I placed the order on the phone and I was told I would get a confirmation email. I never received the confirmation email so I called back the next day. They assured me they had my order all set for Friday monring pickup and that I would receive a confirmation email. Again, I did not receive the email. I tried calling the store and the phone rang and rang and then hung up. Tried again this morning and the same thing happened. Went into the store to pick up the donuts and they couldn't find my order - okay, mistakes happen, I get that. HOWEVER the "superviser"Sonja refused to just tell me what they could give me. She just told me it was not her fault. She offered no resolution. I then asked her to give me 20 dz however she could. She refused and said I could only have 12 dz. even though there were planty of donuts still available in the store.She would not sell me the 8 boxes of dots I had asked for either - first she said they were for other stores, then she told me they were old and needed to be thrown away. Unfortunately, since these were for a kosher event, I had to get from that particular location. 10/10 do not recommend.
