  I really enjoy coming to this Krispy Kreme and come here for years. However, today was different upon walking in there were four staff members focused on the conveyor for the donuts and only one person running register and drive-through. We were not acknowledged another client came in no acknowledgment, it wasn’t until two other customers walked in, and the line started to pile up that we were all assisted very poor customer service.

  I had driven 10 miles on a rainy day to the Krispy Kreme at Shady Grove. My kids had gotten their report cards and I wanted them to get free glazed donuts as a reward for their hard work. I try to order the donuts, the employees said that we cannot get donuts, I was very disappointed, my kids were devastated. I don’t know what the problem was but the employee said their manager would not honor the free donuts on weekends. They told us to come back on weekdays. We are very disappointed.

  Super nice and attentive! Especially the guys Markel and Samar!! During a busy Valentines week, they were patient, and very kind with all, especially kids getting free report card donuts. One of my online orders wasn’t available (website mistake) and they accommodated right away! I don’t know the name of who made my latte, but he was also nice, and asked if I was ok with it.

  I placed two delivery orders within a week and both were wrong. The first was missing a full dozen, and the second had the wrong donuts. When I called, there was no apology and I was spoken to rudely. Very disappointing experience.

  We purchased 2 dozen donuts and a drink last night from this location. We asked for hot donuts coming off the line but we're given cold ones. They all were terrible. When I contacted the store a young man who said he was a manager asked what we wanted done, I said replace them. I said hold on. Then a RUDE lady who said she was the manager. She was absolutely unbelievable. I explained her what was going and and she basically did nothing. She told me she came to the phone because the other guy went to make doughnuts. I also asked why we got no receipt a d was told that they have no receipt tape. This place is HORRIBLE. Avoid it at all costs. They give Krispy Kreme a bad name.
