- TJTehseen JafaryNov 16, 20253.0We went there the first time. My son had worked at the owner’s prior restaurant when he was in high school so we were very excited to go there. There seemed to be only one main server for the entire restaurant along with one bus boy. We were a table of 7 so not a huge group at all. Our order came in spurts and my nephew’s order didn’t come to the table till the rest of us were more than half way done with our meal. And it was just penne pasta. Nothing complicated! The restaurant had a live blues band playing which was extremely out of place and VERY VERY loud. The restaurant would be better served using that money to have another server. The place has an interesting fusion menu of Persian and Italian food. Everything except the items that state ham/prosciutto is halal though which was awesome. The restaurant has potential but needs some tweaks to make it a place we would want to go back to.

There was nothing great about it. The sauce was basic. Bread was fresh, but not great. The meatballs were basic. There was not much to the sub sandwich and it was hardly filling. Fries were pretty good. All things considered it was average at best.

It's self seated, no waiter/waitress, self serving bottled drinks (impromptu setup), and it looks much nicer from the outside. Ordered multiple dishes (pizza: too doughy, salmon: very small quantity and not well seasoned, chicken: not well seasoned, same with the rice). Definitely better Middle Eastern and Italian options if willing to make a longer commute.
