No customer should ever be treated this way, especially in an established chain like Giant. I insist that you take immediate action regarding this situation. I am formally requesting the termination of the employee involved in this incident. This behavior clearly shows that this person is not suitable for customer-facing work and damages your store’s reputation. I also expect a written apology from your store and confirmation that this matter has been addressed appropriately. If this issue is ignored, I will escalate it to corporate headquarters.
